Could someone just confirm this trigger will work with my flash.

Sorry to post a silly question but there is no answer at WEX Birmingham.

I have a Godox TT685[0] and haven't used it much. I want to start messing around and trying to learn a little about flash (on and off camera) and just wanted to double check that this trigger will work.

Seems to be an area we less experienced togs struggle with, so figured I'd throw myself at it and see what I can try and figure out. Will this work on my G9 and GX9 also?

Many thanks

It should. I have the Nikon version of both and they work well together. (y)

I use all Godox studio lights with the same unit too. It's a good system. :)

If I had a bit more space I would love to have a go at that myself. Enjoy . . .

I was trying on my bedroom floor lol.

I didn't have anything to drop water from or a tripod arm, so it's all improvised.

Fishing rod rest handle stuck to my only tripod, pan on the floor, camera resting very dangerously close to the water on some Xbox games, freezer bag tied to rod rest filled with water with a pin hole in it (and some red paint) and me trying to time the thing.

Must have taken 800 shots and not one was any good lol.

Self learning on a budget and it's all good fun. I watched or tried to watch some YouTube videos that said "simple home water drops" and then they start with the kit and I don't have most of it. Not really a home simple set up when they have backdrops, multiple off camera flashes, special things to hang things from and all these multiple posing arms for tripods...
