Could anyone help rescue?

I've got a very poor quality jpeg from a very poor quality camera, but it's a picture which we would like to include in an order of service. The lack of sharpness shouldn't cause an issue at the size and resolution it will be printed but the wallpaper behind the four may cause migraines.

I would be forever greatful if someone could help me out and do a quick edit to replace with a solid colour.

In all honesty, if that image is destined for an order of sservice for a funeral, I wouldn't alter it in the slightest. It's a memory of a person and changing the background alters that memory, although I'd probably crop out the RHS to remove the shadow.
