Cost of Scanning

Hi guys,

Sorry if it's in the wrong place. How much does it normally cost in the UK to get a roll of 35mm film, 36 frames, scanned? It depends on the quality I guess. Approximate figures welcome

Those prices are for process only or process and scan. If you have a roll of processed film you can still get it scanned. Photo Express in Hull will do it, IIRC for £5 per film even if cut into strips. Genie Imaging charged me £4.40 plus VAT for a film cut in strips, and UK Film Lab said they would charge the same as process and scan, as being cut into strips it is more work for them. I got an E6 film scanned by all three (and myself), and IIRC UKFL was the best result, though Photo Express and Genie were not far behind. There's a thread about my scanning problems with that film somewhere showing the results.
