We started queuing on the hard shoulder at 8:15 and didn't get into the show until 1pm...

It's the worst traffic I've ever seen getting into the show.

Missed a few displays at the start but saw the main ones and stayed until 7pm

Not even looked at any of my shots yet but will post them here when I do
 
We got turned around by a road sign crew as they'd had word by 9.30 no tickets left on the gate. Went back to Telford and jumped on the train - got us to the show but then had to leave early due to my rampant toddlers. Gutted as I was really impressed by the bits I saw.
 
We got there fine, started cueing around 3/4 mile before the exit before 8. Have to say it was easier getting in than it was getting out, 1 hour it took us to get off the field!

A great day indeed for a first visit, will be back to it next year :thumbs:
 
You were probably in the queue similar time to me.

Yes getting out was a bit if an epic struggle! Surprisingly the roads them selves once we were out were fine
 
Yep worst trafic ever took us overall leaving Tyneside 8 hrs to get in missed falcons and tornado.
Other friends that lived down midlands parked up a Telford ang got train know for the next time
