Corrine Day

Yes, last Friday 27 August.
Apparently had been ill for some time.
Funeral this Friday Sept. 3.
Very sad.

A very sad loss of such an awesome Tog - her style was edgey, original and superb.

She leaves an amazing legacy in pictures.

I have only seen Corinnes work a couple of times, and i love the style. This post led me to look at Corrines website, wow!
Im thinking i may start looking at more photogrpahers work now, i feel i am missing out on seeing loads of talent. Bob (Carlos Clarke) was, and is my favourite photographer but there are so many others i have yet to see.
Is there a thread on TP anywhere where people have put there fave photographers???(i did look, but coulnt find). Im in no way blinkered, but a fresh outlook maybe in order.

Thoughts go out to Corrines family.

She was never my fave but nonetheless, she was important in my photography education because she was one of the trailblazing young togs at the time. Sad to die that young....
