Copyrighting photos...help please!

I was reading in one of the threads about people having pics used without their permission (in mags etc)and the advice ran along the lines of adding a bit of information about yourself to the exif data. Now............being a bit of a numpty when it comes to technology, I'm not sure how to do this, so I opened a pic in the bridge (CS2) and looked at what I could see......

Under a label called IPTC core, there is a long list of things I can add, but I don't know which bits would be best to complete. One box says "Copyright notice".........any suggestionsas to what wording is needed here, to be most effective?

You could also add a watermark (semi transparent logo of some sort) to your image so that it cannot be used without someone else seeing that it is yours.
