Copyright Infringment and Google Blogger

I found a photo of mine which is on a Blogspot, the photo is not hot-linked, this is part of the URL where the image is: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_qx8wFJ_kjDs/S7RTkaYY

The photo is mine, It has been taken off my website which does not allow any use of photos without permission, and they do not credit me.

I filed a DMCA complaint, I have done these before with other sites such as photobucket and flickr (who were excellent) and never had an issue, today I got this back from Google:

Anyone got advice? I can tackle the person who is running the Blog easy but I am not happy at the fact that Google is not acting on what I see as clear Copyright Infringement.

I'm assuming it's because it's a Google powered blog maybe? It's difficult to tell though as the link doesn't work.

Yes it is that is why I edited my post within a couple of minutes of posting!

Take it up with the person in question directly and they should take it down or at least credit you. Failing that send 'em an invoice!

I parsed and removed part of the link as don't want it traced back to here, I showed part of the link so as to clarify where the photo is hosted and not hot-linked.

Point is what is the point of Google having a page all about the DCMA when it can't be bothered acting on blatant Copyright Infingement?
