changed my car insurance using compare the market .com in mid febuary ,claimed my baby oleg toy at the same time ,had a confirmation of despatch e/m on the 20/02/14 and still waiting for delivery .just sent them a query e/mail but not expecting much joy ,anyone know how long it takes generally to arrive ,getting annoyed grrrrrrrrrr

I got one last year and it took about 3 months. I remember being able to track it on it's weird route across europe, quite amusing it was.

Incidentally go direct to the insurer once you get the quote, it's more often than not cheaper. And less gimmicks.
