Hi all, just wondering if you have any recommendations on where to get some continuous lights from? and what wattage is best to use in the studio etc? thanks!

Lencarta Quads are the brightest affordable ones that I know of - 4x 105w. But don't expect tons of light, they'll give you 1/125sec at f/5.6 with ISO400 at 1.0m with the standard 80x80cm softbox. By comparison, 400Ws of studio flash will give you 5-6 stops more than that.
