Contacting American Photographers

Hi all

A friend of mine is a book publisher and has published many books from American photographers/authors (examples below which I have permission to post.). He usually contacts the photographers via Flickr or Instagram but these sources have dried up somewhat or are proving difficult to use.

Are there any US based forums or other tog sites that people are aware of that I could recommend to him? Many thanks.

The Gear Page (thegearpage.net) is a US-based guitar forum, but there’s a photography thread on there which I’ve occasionally posted in. There are some great shots in that thread; not sure if any of the posters are pro toggers?

An unusual site name, but I can assure you that "www.fredmiranda.com" is a photography website with many very experienced Pro and Semi Pro photographers in the USA. I'm one of them myself.
