Confused with Lightroom purchase in Adobe store

When i choose the Lightroom 3 CD in the Adobe store there is no option to choose for Windows or Mac. Does this mean the cd runs on both platforms?
Also have seen it in Amazon for £171. Anyone seen it cheaper than this?

I use the firefox add-on Invisiblehand and this lists Amazon as the cheapest place.

Yes it's a multi format disc runs on both windows and OSX

Cheers Mark, Amazon does not state it as the full version, Don't know whether to pay the extra 20 odd quid and get it from Adobe. I'd imagine it is the full version though.

Just bought LR3 a few days ago, Win/mac are both on the one cd, there is a Student version around £79 pounds, I believe you need to provide proof your a student (Student ID card etc) to receive the product key, also I'm sure I read on TP somewhere that there are some licence restrictions different to the full version.

Great, Cheers for the input. It's a sad affair leaving my Aperture 3 however for me personally it's just not workable now my workload is increasing
