I'm looking for some inspiration to get a new computer desk and wondered if people would kindly share their editing setups please

Don't need space for 2 monitors but room for an A3 printer - this could sit underneath. I potentially have scope to fit in the corner of the room and have a right angle set up.

Have a look at any local secondhand furniture shops. They often get office furniture when a new company moves into a block and just ditches everything. It might take some time to find what you want but you could get some decent stuff at a good price.

It depends on the quality of desk you want, buying a/h can be an option but buying new you IKEA probably offer a wide range at low prices, but they are a budget desk, if you want something a little more substantial (but it does cost more) have a look at https://www.nationalofficefurnituresupplies.co.uk/

I recently bought a grey corner desk and 3 drawer pedestal from them, quality is pretty good but it was the best part of £300 (I fo work from home so wanted something decent

@stupar very nice I have something very similar with TIBO 3 Speakers

This is how I set up my computer. I'm supposed to have a Brother A3 printer/scanner but it's in the shop for repairs so borrowing this small printer. My A3 normally would be where the small printer is.

Hope it gives you ideas to find a layout suited to your liking.

He's not asking where's the best place to buy one, he's asking for members to show their own set ups to hopefully provide some inspiration.
:)

Yeah, I agree.

As this guy on the left would say "What he said." :-)

Oh, for having that sort of space available.

Nice rig with 3 screens configuration :)

PS I have been considering getting a bespoke cut corner shaped desktop to fit the space and attaching TipToe legs. Apologies to the OP for taking this a little off track.

Thanks. I'm using an old metal case as a temporary stand for the middle monitor to bring it up to eye level. It's only a temporary stand until I find something suitable, but haven't got around to it yet. I need the middle one to be at eye level as I do some word processor work. I find it easier to adjust Windows' settings if the top of the side monitors is level with the top of the middle monitor.

I'm likely to be getting rid of the two office units as they're old and worn, so may be replacing them, but not now as I may be moving hopefully this year. Better wait until I move first then see how much space, what kind of set up, and decide on what my replacement office units will be. Also hoping to go for black units too.

This is the nsfw image of my desk - it should inspire you to be tidy!

24" Dell monitor, Sony amp, pioneer speakers, Samsung printer, NAS, more DVDs than I care to count, rolls of film, a Corgi model spitfire and piles of nameless junk. Below the desk is my Linux box, a bunch of backup drives and paperwork filing system.
