Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone here could please help me write a letter to the nhs, I have done a draft but i feel its not strong enough.

Any help anyone can give would be great thanks.

Hi Kerrie,

I am really sorry to hear of your situation and what you have had to go through.

I think your letter is OK and I hope it has the desired effect in getting your local NHS trust to sit up and actually listen to you.

I just want to pick up on one thing if I may and that is you say you have been given olanzapine to help you increase weight.

Olanzapine is not given for weight gain, although one of its side effects can be weight gain, it is an anti psychotic medication. Also it will not be treating your underlying condition and if you do gain any weight it will likely be very minimal and not long lasting

Also considering your condition of Celiacs I am surprised you have been prescribed Olanzapine as it can irritate your condition

I assume you copied and pasted it in. Feel free to put it back again but star out the names of the people or use fake names like green brown black grey etc :)
