Just thought I'd post this as a bit of a warning. I recently ordered a background from a company I found whilst online. I feel that I should warn you about their appalling customer service. Unfortunately, at the time of ordering I failed to have the foresight to google them first - two seconds of research would have saved me days of chasing.
The company I refer to are backdropsource. Basically, I ordered but nothing appeared. I contacted them and was told it was on its way - when I asked for a tracking number I was assured one would be emailed to me by the afternoon. Nothing.
This morning I repeated this process - again, it's on the way etc - and finally, late this afternoon I called them back only to be told that the order hadn't even shipped.....and that the one they were going to send was different as they didn't have the one I'd ordered in stock, despite advertising as such.
It seems they make a habit of this sort of thing - as I said a google search would have confirmed this for me.
Anyway, I went to Warehouse Express, a bit more expensive but item is already shipped......lesson learned.
