Compact with large aperture that will take underwater housing

I've searched and read many posts here, and have followed links.
But, time is short so some direct answers would be very much appreciated.

The title pretty much says what I need.

Must haves:
  • Good max aperture. Say f2 or more at wide angle. Low light capture more important than shallow depth of field.
  • Large wide angle.
  • Good auto features -- I love facial recognition :) -- need to be able to take good grab shots.
  • Don't need full manual but AP/SP is v useful.
  • Must be able to take an underwater housing (is www.camerasunderwater.co.uk the best source?) -- snorkelling and shallow dives. Unless it's already waterproof :)

Preferable:
  • Image stabilization
  • Video

I can live without huge zoom if it has good no. of pixels -- I can zoom and crop with software.

Just after I posted, I discovered the S90 and S95.
Staff edit.. try and trade before you are qualified and you will be blocked from access
Understood :( Sorry.

Now I need a housing that's not more expensive than the camera :D
Something for going down less than 5m -- probably less than 3m...?
