Compact...but which one?

Off to a concert and would like to get some half decent shots with a compact camera as my 450D won't be allowed in.

Looking at the Canon SX220HS for the zoom/ISO 3200 etc

against maybe the Canon S90/95 for the RAW format but lesser zoom etc

F1.8 or 2 against 'super' zoom?

Any thoughts on which (or any other....LUMIX?) would be best for gigging, and/or a good all round pocket size camera when the 'big' one isn't available?

This has been covered loads recently. Most people will suggest the S95, I've got it's older brother the S90 and regularly take it to gigs as it is small enough to fit in my jeans pocket.

I understand it also has a bigger sensor than the other Canon you mentioned.
