Hi all, My name is Ben Gilbert, new to the forum, with this being my first post. I have been told by a few people, when doing scenic photography to use a tripod, and take multiple exposures of the scene, the sky, foreground etc. Could anyone help me out with how to combine the 2 or 3 shots in photoshop to create a better image.

This is the type of shot I am taking hand held at the moment, but would love to improve on it.

Hi Ben and welcome to TP. Sorry I can't actually answer your question other than to say the a tripod is really useful especially for landscapes. I haven't mastered all this multiple exposure mallarky myself yet so hopefully someone will be along in a minute to tell us both.
Nice shots by the way, especially the first 2.

Ben, shoot RAW whilst doing landscapes, then you can change the exposures from one image (or just use a tripod and shoot the same shot using different exposures) , then use a HDR software (PM me for info ;) ) and that merges them for you.

Cheers,
