Well folks I'm off to school for Orientation today, wish me luck. Think I'll need it,lol

Feeling kinda old with all those youngins so I wore a special T-shirt just for the occasion, not that it matters. :shrug:

It has the "Old Navy" emblem but instead it says "Old Native" :p

me and my warped sense of humour,lol anyways I'm babbling aren't I?, gotta run :exit:

Don't forget to pull your socks up to knee height. Eat all your crusts, and do as you're told. :nuts:

Seriously though, adult ed is a big step for alot of people (me included), so good luck with it :thumbs:

It's also a great deal of fun - and you'll have the added advantage of a bit of life experience, not to mention the ability to relate more of what you're learning to the real world! Go get 'em!

Thanks everyone, wasn't as bad as I thought,lol

Bumped into someone I knew from the CPR course I had taken a few weeks back, so that made it a tad bit easier. Got lost for a quick mo, but eventually found my way,lol Quite the large number in my class too, and only one guy,lol

All in all it was a good time, think it will be a great experience.

I'm stoked! :D

Glad it all went OK Jewel. Did it feel a bit nervewracking having to find your way around etc?

I was very nervous when I first arrived yes. The College is huge and there was too many people for my liking. I dont' do well with crowds that large I'm afraid, as I am a tad bit shy tbh. As for finding my way around it was weird at first, and I did get lost briefly here and there but for the most part I found where all my classes will be so it's all good.

When I was trying to leave the building I knew where my car was parked, I just couldn't find my way out to that lot#. :lol: In the end I eventually asked someone and they kindly helped me out. Everyone is very helpful it would seem. It's very different walking around a school when your an adult compared to when your younger. Your alot more comfortable in your own skin and don't really care as to what people think. I'll really enjoy the whole experience I think.

well done Jules. :) Hope you manage to find ur way out of the car park on your own next time. Bring a jerry can of petrol just in case. ;)
