Coffee machines using pods for occasional use...

Aeropress for the win!!

I feel bad for bringing it up now. It makes amazing coffee (especially for the price) but it's not really great for guests. I'd get really fed up trying to make 6 cups of coffee with one.

Mind you, I only really drink coffee like once a week anyway.

I limit my coffee too...but when I drink it I want it goooooooood.

good lad, but shortly after you will be getting one of these..

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Bialetti-Mo...=UTF8&qid=1417711133&sr=8-1&keywords=bialetti

don't ask me why but every non Bialetti Moka I have had experience with has gone really horrible inside, the hinges are never as good and the seal starts leaking quicker..

but Moka's are one of my fave ways to drink coffee

It is actually a Bialetti I'm getting :) I've looked at the aeropress a couple of times but yet to be convinced

I have a Tassimo too.
Lovely, but doesn't exactly fill a mug.

Depends which pods you buy. Cafe creme is a fuller cup than the fancier ones, however you can hold the button to push more water through and fill the cup, or throw in another expresso and hold button for more water.

My wife loves the caramel latte. I bought our tasimo as it was the cheaper way of having reasonable choice of decent coffee. I prefer bean to cup, with lavasso beans, but I couldn't justify a £300+ machine! when the pods are 25-30p each

Worth buying a second so you can do two at once ;)

With any luck home bargains might have some of the bags or fancy little filters :)

Try poundstretchers as well for these

I keep a box of maxwell house cappuccino sachets in work, even though I've just taken in my old morphy richards grand cafe filter espresso and cappuccino maker as it wasn't being used at home, due to the fact that We have a tassimo lol. I must say the Costa lattes are luuuurvly. They're on 3 for £10 in ASDA at the moment. Tassimo themselves do web exclusive speciality drinks too... A Creme brulee flavour one was delicious and they have a limited edition amaretto one for christmas.

Big thumbs up for the tassimo, but also for the maxwell house etc sachet idea.

Come to think of it, I'm sure I've seen maxwell house sachets in farm foods, and sometimes the pound shops...
