Cobra flashgun as slave?

Anyone know how to fire an old Cobra LCD D650 as a slave,it doesn't seem to when I tried firing it in conjuction with my Nikon Sb900.
Does he do such a thing?

I would think that you would need an opto or radio trigger for that. Or a cable.
