Yes
I'm sure the very idea will give some people palpitations but some times my cameras get quite muddy and cleaning in all the little grooves in the plastic is a bit of a chore so I was wondering if there was some sort of coating that would either stop the mud sticking or make it easier to clean off. The nearest thing I can find is nano coating sprays for cars but having never used one of these I have no idea how they are applied and whether they would be suitable.

Is there anything out there specifically for cameras?

None too sure whether 'they' have function you seek but I think Petr Bambousek uses some type of "skin" coverings on his Olympus gear?

Never seen a spray, just the silicone type.

The skins I've seen don't completely cover the camera and would likely get mud inside which would probably be worse

The only thing I can think of is something like an OpTech rain sleeve with the armholes taped up.
