Coasters & placemats printers?

Has anyone had coasters & placemats made and if so who did you use and how good is/was the quality of both the print and the item itself???

I had some coasters done a while back, from photo box. They were ok, but a gift for my daughter. Not sure on the longevity though. Might be an idea to paint some modeling Matt varnish on them to help them last.
