Cloning help

Ive spent over another, trying to workout the best way to clone the wires out of this image,,,

Ive tried,,, normal cloning,,, and the spot healing brush ,,, all becomes a mess ,,, as if ive just botched it

is there another way to over come this issue

Tried that ,,, think it's due to the way the clouds are steaming ... It don't work
 
It will work, you have 'No' to edit your images and that image is private on Flickr so I can't help you any more, sorry.
 
Time - lots. Patience - even more!
 
I am never sure why people worry about power lines, they are a reality, and in this case are quite dramatic.
usually the trick is to work at a very high enlargement, and do not go over the same area twice or you will produce artifacts.
as the lines are dark use the setting as lighten.

Copied the sky on the right of the horse to another layer and rescaled. Cut out the original sky

Working with Layers is a good start, I am into this now after cloning out irritating things got more difficult with some creamy or naturally graduated backgrounds like your sky.

Nice shot BTW
 
Use the Patch tool much better results and still retain the original graduation in the clouds/sky.
