I want to remove the van from the image below. But I dont
know how to go about it.
Cloning is a skill that I really need to master.
My problem is that as the van is covering the bottom corner of the house, I don't know what area to clone.
Any help would be much appreciated. thanks

Can you post a quick guide to how you did it? It would help other people reading the thread to do it in the future.

Hi Trev

First I cloned out the tre branches, then I first cloned down from the edge of the wall corner down into the van the I clone from the bottom of the wall going horizontal, the i dealt with the back wall by selecting a reangle selection of just below the arch down to the van copied it to a new layer then nudged it down covering the van then copied the layer nudging down till the van was completely covered, then flattened and the blending touch up, next I cloned from the bush area to finish of he edge of the bush also cloned out the bin thing thats partly obscured bt the bushes HTH

Thanks for all your help MD.
Finding it much easier now and a much better understanding.

b****r the bloke :(
At least the tree and the dark patch is gone too :)

Thanks again.

I started by cloning set on the top of the base stone on the building cloning moving to the right up to end of building plus a little
Then clone down from corner wall start on a stone joint matching a joint abouth clone down to top of base stone next clone down the door to grass plus wall both sides of door,
Next clown source bush in ling with grass,
To end I used the smudge tool over the door to remove and repeated patterns.
The main point is to select a positive source such as a edge of a strong line like the joints in the wall or grass edge.
Hope you can follow this
