I'm not sure about this because I got rid of Canon gear long ago, but if I remember :::
If the free shuttercount websites don't work ( I think they don't for Canon ) there are paid options on some of those sites for Canon if I remember. A few quid of something.
Or send it to Canon and pay them to tell you might be an option ( not worth it )
Or install magiclanturn software on it ( risks destroying the camera ) it lists it in the menus with that software. I did it 3 times no problem.

Magiclantern does not destroy the camera, it won't change anything to the original firmware it is just a bolt on firmware that you can load and unload at any time.
Another way is to use ShutterCount on iMac, just load and use the data cable to connect to the camera via USB port.
