cleaning your gear

So how long do you spend cleaning your gear a month and what do you use?
 
I use eclipse and pec pads on my lenses and a damp cloth on the bodies Ruth what about you?
 
lenses i use the cleaning fluid for my glasses and a soft lens cloth and for the body i just wipe it over with a tea towel :D
 
I just wipe it over before I put it away, although saying that I do need to clean the 10-20 that (from the pics I have just downloaded), would appear to have had a closer encounter with a dogs tongue than I realised :lol:

I use lens cloths on the lenses and a clean cloth (if anything) for the body
 
When my 5D gets really dirty I'll sell it and buy a new one
 
I use microscope cleaning gear on my lenses and an rocket blower and a dry cleaning system called dust aid on the sensors.

I clean both my sensors before any wedding or paid shoot because it's quicker to do that than spend the time in photoshop looking for and eliminating dust bunnies. It takes about an hour to do the whole lot and format cards and charge batteries.
 
Nilglass and microfibre cloth on lens glass and body, not need to clean my sensor yet. D700's auto clean aint too bad :D
