City and Guilds in Photography Manchester

Have just signed up for the level 3 City and Guilds in Studio Photography and Image Output at Manchester College.

It's an evening class for 3 hours every Weds night for a year at their Northenden campus.

Just wondering if any other forum members were on the same course?

I did the same course at the Fielden Park campus on a Tuesday night about a year and a half ago. Was really good. Covered some stuff that I already knew, but gave me more confidence in my knowledge. Also learned some new stuff, techniques etc. I think the main reason I enjoyed it so much though was because of the people I met. I was surprised to see that I was the youngest on the course (I was 28 at the time) and I think the eldest guy was about 60. Wasn't a single person that didn't get on with everyone else. We still all meet up every now and again for a bit of a photo walk and a few drinks. Plus it game me a reason / excuse to go out and shoot which is always a good thing. I'd definately recommend it
