Ive got money burning a hole in my pocket which im planning on buying a 1000d with. Its £350 pretty much eveywhere but im wondering if im best waiting untill the jan sales to buy it? I dunno how christmas sales go for cameras, but in where i work in bikes theres very little if any change in price. I was assured in jessops there not gonna change but im sure the guy was after a sale there and then.
Also canon sell them for around £230ish refurbished on ebay but comes without a lens. How much do 18-55 lenses go for roughly?
