Hi all
Apologies if I posted this in the wrong section, perhaps if that's the case someone could move it?
At work, we've sponsored a local U-7's football team, and provided them with a new set of kit. They're coach (one of our employees) has taken some photos for us, and naturally we would like to use this both in terms of news for our website/publicity and also tender submissions under CSR etc.
What are the implications of using this? Am I correct in assuming that we should get some kind of 'model release' by each of the kid's parents to be 100% legit?
Any help gratefully received.
