I haven't been on the forum for a while due to being p***ed off with photography in general and a few other factors come into play.....but on this lazy sunny Sunday afternoon...I thought I would jump back into the forum to catch up......really sad to hear about Gary Coyle (r.i.p)....... But alas my time is fleeting and I am off for a Prosecco.....enjoy your day...I will pop in from time to time to say "Hi!" :)
 
Aww, welcome back. I, too, tend to dip in and out of this forum with lengthy gaps in between. I also seriously cannot remember I got myself into the photography zone as I can't seem to shift that "I've done this before" feeling, although I've been paying more attention to my doodling.

I really enjoy your doodles in the Herald each week...they make me titter.....:D

Awww, cheers! :) However, the Herald changed hands a few weeks ago and the person I normally send the doodles to had left, so after a year of trying to think up of a new topical idea every week for the paper, I decided to call time on that. After all, I did do it for free but was a good exercise for me, though. I still do them on a regular basis but mostly for myself as a time filler.

How about a thread of your doodles on here, l love seeing them, could ask admin to sticky it (y)

:cool: Awww, actually, there was once a dedicated thread to host a whole collection of photography-related doodles in Out Of Focus, and even got stickied (is that an actual word?) but there were so many sticky threads and the admins didn't know which ones to unstick, I said I didn't mind the doodle one to be "released". It's probably still lurking somewhere in the TP server waiting to be bumped back up. But for now, here's my own ongoing doodle blog which is still updated regularly: http://thegreatdoodle.blogspot.co.uk/

Well it needs up dating (and) with a few new Doodles then :thumbs:
 
Every time a new doodle is added (or an old one stuck up again!) or a comment is posted, the thread will rise like the cream the doodles are.
