Cheaper make than Peli cases?

Does anyone know who makes cases similar to Peli but cheaper with wheels?
 
My husband made mine:) small hard lightweight case the size you use as hand luggage. Cut out high density foam and line it both sides. Then cut out shapes for camera, lenses, batteries filters etc. it's easy to manoeuvre as it has 4 swivel wheels. Gear fits snug and doesn't move at all and is very well protected. If interested I could post pics tomorrow.

but seriously, for almost everyone, they're more expensive, but ThinkTank rolling cases are better for a camera bag.

Wheels are rubbish like the Peli ones so I have ordered a foldaway trolley.

The maplin ones are meant to be good , I know a guy who used them as panniers on his motorbike , bolted them on in belfast and rode to Australia the long way so they were well tested
 
foldaway trolley is a good option, but as an fyi there's lots of guides out there for putting better wheels on peli cases - though these may not translate perfectly to offbrand cases
 
Wish I'd seen this before scouring ebay. Got a good price for a 1510 in the end though.

Peli Products offered good prices when I enquired by email.

The upgrade of Peli wheels is a good idea. Any idea it will still fit in overhead with the new wheels?
 
Does anyone know if the padded internals of a Peli will fit in a Trifibre case?
 
You would need to take the measurements.
 
maplin case are good & strong ..
 
I have already done that & it should fit but don't want to invest just in case it doesn't. Anyone got any personal experience?

Will have a look later but if I remember the cases are small (looking for something to put most of my equipment in at home)
