Beginner Cheap reversing ring

I have been looking at some cheap reversing rings on ebay. I cannot afford a 'real' Nikon one but would like to play about with one that only costs around £6-7. There is one by JJC, another by Neewer. Has anyone used one of these? I want to use it with my 50mm 1.8D lens.

they are going to be a much of a muchness IMHO, reversing ring is simply a mount with no optics if i am correct. Get any of them , experiment, enjoy it. for the price if it doesnt work that great you haven't lost much in the long term.

Agree with Lee. They are about £13 from SRB.

Another thing you should take into consideration is the fact that you'll lose aperture control on the lens due to no contact between the body and the lens therefore you really want a lens with a manual aperture control ring on it for ease of use.
