Yes
I’ve recently dug out a medium format film camera that was given to me by a family friend and I’m hoping to get out with it in a few weeks.

I’m planning on digitising the negatives myself with my Z5 and I have almost everything needed, except for a Macro lens.

Macro photography isn’t something I’ve a lot of experience with so I’m looking for some advice on what lens to consider.

I’m on a budget so the cheaper the better, I’m not concerned about AF, as long as the lens is compatible with the FTZ adapter.

Any suggestions?

I have been using the AF-D 60mm macro with the Nikon ES2 for digitising our old 35mm films. Works pretty well though I guess ES2 isn't of much use to you.

I assume you have necessary lighting?

I’m going to try with my iPad at first, but I’ve seen relatively inexpensive LED panels that I might invest it at some point too.

If you can diffuse the light properly, a flash set to low power can work too

iPad can work too I think. There is a "pocket softbox" app on Android, I assume there is equivalent on apple store

The manual focus 105mm f2.8 is readily available and the f4 version is even cheaper.
