Could anyone suggest a cheapish medium format camera? I'm abit bored with digital and 35mm film and want something new to play about with. I'm preferably looking at 6x6 or 6x7.

Budgets about £100ish, preferably under that.

Cheers

Under £100 you'll be looking at a folding camera, a holga or a handful of TLRs

Yashica-Mat.

6x6, bright (for a TLR) viewfinder, well regarded Yashinon lens (avoid early examples with the 3-element Yashikor).

^^^WHS. Great fun to use and IQ is spectacular.

Another recco for Yashica Mat here. Super way into MF. Should easily find one within your budget.

I'll second or third the recommendation for a Yashica. My 124 non-G was just above your budget but had been serviced and came with a filter, case and a couple of films.

Lovely quality and the meter's still accurate enough to get great shots on Velvia 50. What more could you ask for? :)

Don't panic (as I did) about not having a meter on older/cheaper cameras - you can get light meter apps for your phone that are pretty good :)

I picked up a Bronica ETRS with lens and grip for £140 on flea bay, i know its a little over your budget but if you are patient you can pick up some things fairly cheap.

Just got to risk wether its as good condition as they say!
