Cheap gimbal for GoPro 4?

Morning all.

After getting a GoPro to have a muck around with I had a look in this section for the first time in ages and saw the thread on DJI Osmo, wow.

It got me thinking, are there any cheap (ie, sub £50) gimbals available for the Go Pro? I'm sure there are plenty on Banggood Gearbest etc but do they actually work. No way can I justify spending £200 plus.

I can't imagine that a proper 3 axis gimbal could cost less than £50. Happy to be proved wrong though!
 
Am I right in assuming the counter balance type ones aren't worth the money?
 
I got a sizeable discount on the Removu S1 by investing in it via Indiegogo. It should be wish me in September. Looks an interesting product!
 
I'm after something cheap too, but given that I'd only use it on holidays (2 or 3 times a year), can't justify spending £150.

(That Removu does look good though)
 
Exactly, me too. I'm not 100% sure I'll get full use out of the GoPro as it is so can't double the price with a gimbal!
 
Maybe someone on TP could set up a loan system?

Actually, TP Lens Hire would be good. :-)
