Cheap flash

I want to get an off camera flash but don't really have a lot of money to spend, I found this on ebay and wanted to know if it is worth spending my hard earned on? if not what is?

for the price it seems ok, ive got a jessops flash about the same price, but with no diffuser or bounce card.. looks a bit cheap though

i bought a jessops 360afd today and for £99 its a brilliant wee flash, wireless, auto and manual. its awesome though i have only got in the house an hour ago so aint had much chance to try it out.
