£149 preorder for U2414H. It should be good for someone buying into their first decent setup, or obviously great as second / third monitor.

Thanks, was about to go for the 2412m based on recommendations in other threads. But this looks too good to miss, particularly with 3yr warranty. But 16x9, rather than x10, which is a "bad" thing according to what I've read on here?
It would replace my Dell WFP2007.

The 16x10 resolution is definitely nicer in a lot of respects, the extra vertical space makes a big difference IMO. That's not to say there's anything inherently wrong with a 16x9 screen, just have to accept that they feel a bit cramped vertically at times. I do OK on a pair of 16x9 screens at work, doing CAD work and the like.

Yes NRG is great. I bought a refurbed U2713H. And they were a pleasure to deal with when it stopped working.

If you want a 16X9 IPS panel then there have been quite a few around at that kind of price. Just my opinion, but it's worth holding out for 16X10 unless it's a 4K+ panel.
