Charging Batteries on 400D

When the battery indicator on the display panel goes down to two bars or one bar is it possible to charge the battery straight away or should I wait until it runs out totally ????

According to the hand book the batteries can be charged at any stage of discharge with no ill effect to the batteries

Modern batteries are pretty good in this respect.

You should still fully discharge them every once in a while I reckon.

Winter is always a good time for this as they dont last as long anyway.
