Hi all,
Simple question hopefully. Having researched batteries on here I've ordered some 7 day shop good to go and a set of the higher power normal ones for my speedlite to see how I go. I thought I wouldn't order a charger as I have one at home, however I am now not sure if it's up to the job.
It's a silver grey squarish uniross thing that plugs direct into a socket and takes either 4aa, 4 aaas or 2x 9v square. It has an led indicator for each pair of batteries. I have no idea if its a quick charger or if the led goes out when the batteries are charged. I'm guessing it's not new enough or clever enough to be processor controlled. I tried googling the model number I found on the back to no avail. Anyone any ideas about the one I've got, will it be suitable to charge the batteries I've ordered and how do I know how long I need to leave the batteries in it for to get them charged up, what risk is there of overcharging if I let them run for a day or overnight?!
thanks,
Andrew.
