Hey you are dropping hints. And not for the first time. Don't let me put you off.I’ve definitely made the correct decision but I’m finding it so hard to box up my Canon 6d mk2 to take to LCE, I keep putting it off! i think It’s just that I’ve got to change everything, flashes, triggers, lenses etc. I need to do this though to pay for the Olympus EM1 mk3 I’ve just bought lol
I live on the Isle of Wight..Sandown for my sins. You should state, in your profile, where you are based. If anyone here is mildly interested and they live in the same town ... you're halfway there.
I bought a em10 mk2 a few years ago so am not quite so overwhelmed by the Em1 mk3 but even so!I changed a couple of years ago for health reasons , it does take time to gel with Olympus and the mkiii is quiet hard to get right due to so many options . But once you get it right it’s superb . … the main advantage of the system though is everything is quiet a bit cheaper as well as lighter , my 1-mkiii +100-400 lens +1.4tc weighs in at exactly 2kg and due to superb I.s can be used hand held at all times .
I had a 10-mkii running alongside my Nikon gear , then after heart failure sold the Nikon and switched to a 1-mkii for a couple of years .. but the mkiii still took a month to get used toI bought a em10 mk2 a few years ago so am not quite so overwhelmed by the Em1 mk3 but even so!
