Change of Owner name

Just trying to change the owner name on my recently purchased 1D Mk II N

As far as I'm aware, it has to be done using the Firewire connection and the EOS utility.

thats how i did it on both the 400D and 50D

It turns out I need to connect the camera via firewire, rather than USB I was using.
