I am making an album and the printers want the photos in sRGB when the photos have been saved in Adobe RGB. Is there a way to change the colour profile without loosing quality or loosing as little as possible as of course re-saving JPEG images makes difference to quality

If you have colours that are outside of the sRGB gamut, then these colours will change when you do the conversion.

If you set the quality high enough, there will be little difference in encoding artefacts.

Hopefully you will have bitten the bullet by now John. For average purposes I would just convert to srgb without qualms, unless the images in question prove to be unusually demanding. But if you have Photoshop or an 'equivalent' you can check gamut / appearance for each image before saving out as jpg. It is entirely normal to send images to print as srgb jpg's, and the results can be stunning.
