Imagine a waterfall, but instead of water you get falling blue streams of flames.
It last ten minutes or so, is very beautiful and has a haunting sound track that'll silence everyone into awe.... guaranteed.
However I've not had the space to build one for years so I'm hoping some of you lot could provide the photographs.
Warning: This product drips nasty burning plastic.( Do not use if their is any wind/breeze)
You'll need.
10-40 plastic bags. (more means bigger, longer, higher)
A long plank or length of wood/pole/branch. 6 foot ish.
Some drawing pins/nails/staples.
Some Matches/blow torch/lighters.
Instructions.
Place one bag into another. Scrunch up the double bag into lengths, Then tie each double bag to another double bag to make a rope.
Repeat this until you have many double lengths of plastic bag rope.
Put some more spaced knots into the gaps in each rope length, Choose a bottom and put a knot into that also.
Once you have as many double rope lengths with knots up and down them. Tack/staple or nail the top end of each rope along your length of wood, 2/4 inches apart is fine. Leave some empty space at each end of your pole to secure it up high.
Once finished you should have a pole with plastic bag tassels hanging down from it.
Ok now the tricky bit ...hang the pole high horizontally somehow (pre-plan this),
then gently light the bottoms of each hanging tassel.
Gloves and goggles ...
Once they are all burning away nicely the beautiful waterfall will start ...
Some ideas for photographs.
Person standing underneath with an old umbrella covered in tin foil so the camera can't see it.
High in a tree with the fall cascading off branches in different directions as it flows down.
