CARL ZEISS JENA 400mm F5.6 EOS FIT????

I have the change to buy a used version of the above lens for £100, but I know nothing about these lens...

Can anybody give me any pointers on the quality of these lens and whether its worth £100 or not...Although its an "EOS fit" I am also not sure if its atuo focus or not??
