The one in the link above is the 732CY with a miniature ball head, which may be better for your purposes if you prefer a ball, the jessops link doesn't work anymore but you may be able to find it from elsewhere.
Positives: it is very light weight, folds down well and is easy to carry.
Negatives: the lower legs are pencil thin.
Overall I'm not sure I would spend £100 on it now if I saw it in a shop, but I am sure I will use it again as I have taken up cycling and would like to combine cycling with photography. It would be a very good tripod to travel with. I have taken it to france and walked on the Champs-Elysees at night taking long exposure shots.
