Car hire at Barcelona airport ?

I will be going to Barcelona in the summer and need to hire a car - I don't need to go far, don't care what it looks like or how powerful it is, just as long as there is room for 4. I also don't want to pay a lot.....!
So, is there a place that offers less shiny cars with a few dents for fewer euros or are they all much the same?

Airport hire tend to be a bit more, but I find that when you get a spanish company often the prices can be more beneficial. If I am not mistaken not many operate at Barcelona airport, but I think Solmar.es does....Give them a try together with comparison websites as the locals don't tend to show up on comparison websites.

I was just in Barcelona yesterday....though I didn't rent a car

I always use Holiday Rentals and just pick the cheapest. They seem to be a broker for lots of rental firms - I can't remember finding cheaper deals.
