when will they ever learn, this road is marked up as 60mph when 20mph is really the fastest one can go down it

To be fair, I’d be confident going faster than 20 down there but 60 does seem fast.

I actually hate going along that road, all twists and blind bends. That is just a small section of it and the go like the want to meet their maker, absolutely crazy speeds. wouldn't surprise me if he even tried to overtake

60mph for a car is the speed limit and not the recommended speed to use on the section of the road.

Your max. speed should be that which you can stop safely in the distance you can see to be clear while staying within the speed limit for the road. You can of course go slower.
