Capture One Pro - Any Good Tips

I took advantage of the half price offer and bought Capture One Pro and Media One, both of which I am finding really good. I'd tried Lightroom and Aperture and couldn't really get on with either of them, Capture One suits how I work and I'm really pleased with the results, in particular the local adjustments are superb.

I just wondered if there was any good tips or tricks anyone could offer?
