Capture One Pro 11 HELP

So I did a update on Capture one pro 11, but for the last couple of days I just can`t figure out what is going wrong. I enclose two screen shots to show whats up. I try to open a new catalog but when it does, it opens them all in the pictures, Photos will show what I mean.
@Kodiak Qc could you help too.

I have put this in 3 forums, so I hope that someone might be able to help. I don`t do skype so it would be nice if someone can help in this post.

Well sadly I had to go and use another forum, all I asked for was some help as the above photos showed. Then because I dont do skype I dont get the help. On the other forum, guess what a great member who did not try to get me to use skype said.

MAKE SURE IMPORT TO IS SET TO INSIDE CATALOGUE. Just goes to show where NOT to ask if you get told USE skype or tough. IMO That attitude is sad.
