For the next wedding thread.. last one got to 4 pages before the enevitable ... TP wouldn't be the same without them :)
 
Only people who are properly qualified should be able to comment on wedding threads. And only then if they charge more than £1,000 for their basic package.

Anyone who has ever shot a wedding for a friend and not charged, or ever used a uv filter, should be banned.

but my wife said I messed up our wedding day by being there and she wont let me spoil another :exit:

LOL!

I suppose all speciality areas of photography have their "blue touch paper" topics, its just that it seems wedding photography itself is a nitro glycerine soaked leaking fuel bowser of av-gas surrounded by chain smoking staticly charged fire eaters.
 
I think some people should crawl out of their own arses before replying to wedding threads.
Similarly, some people should stop daydreaming on a cloud and listen to some harsh realities.

And finally, if both 'sides' posted with respect for each other and without a hint of contempt, smugness or self importance there would be absolutely no problem.

Nicely put! I'm neither side to be honest, but I do sometimes read these threads just because Ive seen how entertaining they can get!
